WATSof – Terms of Service

Welcome to WATSof (“WATSof,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our SaaS platform, websites, mobile applications, demos, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“Customer,” “User,” or “You”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement with WATSof.
- You provide accurate and complete registration information.
2. Description of Services
WATSof provides cloud-based software solutions designed to support work & travel agencies, staffing companies, and related businesses. Features may include:
- Customer management
- Documentation handling
- Workflow tools
- Communication features
- Demo accounts
- Subscription plans and billing
- Data storage and analytics
- Payment processing integrations
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and complete.
- All activities that occur under your account.
Notify WATSof immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. WATSof is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
4. Demonstrations & Information Requests
By requesting a demo or providing contact information, you agree that WATSof may:
- Contact you via email, phone, SMS, or other means.
- Provide marketing, onboarding, or informational materials.
- Store and use the information you provide for communication and platform improvement.
You may opt out at any time.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is governed by the WATSof Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data. By using the Services, you consent to the handling of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription Plans, Payments & Auto-Renewals
6.1 Subscription Billing
Use of paid features requires a valid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize WATSof and its payment processors to charge your payment method for:
- Subscription fees
- Taxes
- Any applicable add-on or usage-based fees
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewals and recurring billing.
6.3 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes may result in prorated charges or credits.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to refunds for already-processed payments. We may suspend or terminate your account for nonpayment.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Upload malicious code.
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform.
- Misuse communication tools or customer data.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trade names, and branding associated with WATSof are owned by WATSof or licensed to us.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for your internal business use only.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works.
- Resell or sublicense the platform.
- Remove copyright notices.
9. User Data & Customer Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload into WATSof.
By using the Services, you grant WATSof permission to process, store, and use data as necessary to operate the platform, provide support, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
WATSof will not sell your data.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, messaging platforms, or cloud storage systems. WATSof is not responsible for third-party actions, failures, or data handling practices.
11. Availability & Maintenance
WATSof aims to maintain reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or outages.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WATSof disclaims all warranties, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Merchantability
- Accuracy, reliability, or error-free performance
Use the Services at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WATSof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
- WATSof’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WATSof, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:
- Your use of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of law or third-party rights
15. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay fees
- Your actions pose security or operational risks
Upon termination, access to the Services will cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days after termination.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
